- Modern Forms Slope Ceiling Kits should only be used with Modern Forms Ceiling Fans. Modern Forms accessories are manufactured to work with Modern Forms fans only, failure to use this accessory with a Modern Forms fan can result in damage to your fan.
- Slope Ceiling Kits convert any Modern Forms Downrod Ceiling Fan to be installed on slopes up to 45 degrees. (NOTE: Kit includes a new Hanger Bracket, Knuckle Ball, and Canopy Cover. The downrod is not included, use downrod that came with fan or purchase a separate downrod (SKU # DR-XX) if a longer downrod length is needed).
